Anyways... I am going to UBC this coming September. I know that it's going to be a tough challenge, considering I have 10 courses. For those who don't know, I am entering the Faculty of Land and Food Systems ( aka food sciences ). I'll be missing everyone who'll be going to Capilano College, SFU and any other institution. U guys better visit me or i'll come visit U!!!!
So far, this summer has been ok.. did some volunteering at chinatown , went to the fireworks finale, watched a couple of movies. My biggest accomplishment so far this summer is working out at Temp pool's fitness centre. For many years, I have been boasting about losing weight in the summer and never did, but I am finally going to. So far, i am 177 lbs, 3 lbs less than my original weight of 180.
Anyways... I hope everyone enjoys the remainder of the summer and I wish everyone the best in their first year after grad.
This coming week is going be stressful with 3 tests/quizzes:
Monday - Chem safety test
Tuesday - Bio water quiz
Thursday - Math test
Everyone will say Calculus is a hard class at first, but so far it's been easier than I thought. I know that it's going harder later on especially with the AP Exam in May. I am not sure if I want to take it though cuz i have to cram everything by April. Other people in my class seems to want to take it and I am still undecided.
I am going to finally update after returning from my trip.
I had gained 5 pounds from the trip cuz out of the 9 days of the trip, we went to a buffet 6 days. So now I have lost the 5 pounds by exercising everyday since last Wednesday thru somewhat of a workout.
For the workout, I start off with using a dumbell 50 times then doing a certain aerobic exercise 50 times which involves wrapping my hands behind my head and then trying to get an elbow to touch an opposing leg ( e.g. right elbow touching left leg). Finally, I either run on my treadmill for 30 minutes or bike around Temp for 1 hour on the track or around the school itself on alternate days.
